Motivational Speaking

Lavetta is a motivational speaker, and her message is based around the things she has poured her heart into for years, “Marriage, Leadership and Great Customer Services. She has spoken to different audiences from church, school administrators, corporate businesses, and local business owners.

She is in development of a program called “Would you hire, You?” Visiting high schools to teach students the importance of “Soft Skills.” Soft skills are those qualities that one needs to be competitive in today’s workforce.

She holds a Business Management degree and has completed Hotel Management training with Marriott Hotels. Also, a graduate of (CIU) Columbia International University, with a Master of Divinity in Ministry Studies.
